Actor Mark Priestley found dead

ALL Saints star Jolene Anderson has been injured in a car crash.

The news comes as the show's fans reel from the death of actor Mark Priestley, who played her on-screen lover.

Logie nominee Anderson plays nurse Erica Templeton in the Channel 7 series.

Her character married Priestley's nurse Dan Goldman after an on-off relationship in Tuesday's episode.

Anderson was returning home from a matinee performance of Tell Me On A Sunday - her new musical - when her vehicle was struck by a truck.

She is understood to have sustained an arm injury, which has required a sling.

An understudy was forced to cover for the actress in last night's performance at the Seymour Centre in Sydney.

A staffer at Kookaburra Theatre, which produces the show, was unable to comment on when Anderson was expected to return to her leading lady role.

She was informed of the Priestley tragedy today.

A spokesman saida she was "in shock" and had no comment to make.

ALL Saints actor Mark Priestley  has died.

The much-loved actor, 32, who played nurse Dan Goldman, is believed to have killed himself while suffering depression.

It is understood he fell to his death from a building in Sydney's CBD yesterday afternoon.

Cast members of the hit Channel 7 medical drama are in mourning after the news was broken today.

"Mark Priestley was a tremendous young person – loved and respected by his fellow All Saints cast members and crew," Channel 7 said.

An elderly Chinese woman had two large pots , each hung on the ends of a pole , which she carried across her neck. One of the pots had a crack in it while the other pot was perfect and always delivered a full portion of water , at the end of the long walk from the stream to the house , the cracked pot arrived only half full.

For a full two years this went on daily , with the woman bringing home only one and a half pots of water. Of course , the perfect pot was proud of its accomplishments. But the poor cracked pot was ashamed of its own imperfection , and miserable that it could only do half of what it had been made to do.

After 2 years of what it perceived to be bitter failure , it spoke to the woman one day by the stream. "I am ashamed of myself , because this crack in my side causes water to leak out all the way back to your house."

The old woman smiled , "Did you notice that there are flowers on your side of the path , but not on the other pot's side?" "That's because I have always known about your flaw , so I planted flower seeds on your side of the path , and every day while we walk back , you water them. For two years I have been able to pick these beautiful flowers to decorate the table. Without you being just the way you are , there would not be this beauty to grace the house."

Each of us has our own unique flaw. But it's the cracks and flaws we each have that make our lives together so very interesting and rewarding. You've just got to take each person for what they are and look for the good in them.

hope you all had a great weekend,its been a nice sunny 2 days,except for the cold wind today,What about the Olympics,theres a rumour going around that the Chinese have not been drug tested once,but the Aussies have been tested before and after they compete.I wonder how true that is,but well done to all the countries.

Next Sunday australian idol starts,looks like its going to be good,i have noticed Mark Holden isnt in any of the ads on tv,i wonder why.

wow i only just realised today,thats its only four months till christmas,It will be a quiet christmas for me this year.My family(if thats what i can call them,lol)lives to far away,havnt met many people here yet,oh well thats life,I cant wait to see my daughter again,The weather in the day time as been so nice till around 5pm,then the cold comes,,bloody cold

Thats the new car i just got,its a ford,grr,lol,it was cheap,gets me to a and b,goes pretty good and the good thing about it,its a 7 seater,not sure if i will leave it that way,or sell the bench sit in the station wagon part,its a kids bench sit,like new,with sit belts,not cheap to buy them,so i will have to think about it,cause it usually only me in the car,and maybe some family needs more sitting in their car,any way have a nice night all
